Caf'e Convento: La Parota Cuata Co-Op. Coffee from Colima, Mexico For over 100 years coffee and sugar cane has been harvested and processed here in the tiny town of Convento (pop.26) Located on the slopes of Cerro Peon a peak to the southwest of Minatitlan. The site of an long abandoned Convent for nuns is one of the many enchanted villages to be found in this area. Tours of the facilities are available upon request. This coffee is certified prime washed, patio dried organic shade coffee which is co-op grown and processed. Available green or custom toasted. This co-op in addition to coffee raises honey bees and organic beef.

Ranchito Chanquaihuitl Blend : Caf'e Chanquahuitl de la Costa Sur Co-Op. A mellow blend of beans taken only from the most mature coffee Arabica var. typica. blended with select Caturra beans, (also called Aztec Gold). Organic shade grown under a rustic canopy in the forested highlands surrounding Chanquaihuilt. These bushes are considered "natural" because the natural tilth provided by the forest is the only nutrients utilized to maintain these bushes healthy and productive. A perfect balance of organisms in the soils make up help creates healthy bushes. Productivity in terms of quanity is over compensated by the exquisite quality of the beans and careful handling.

Oro de Ayala Estate : These bushes were the first planted in this lofty valley (Altitude 4600 ft. above sea level) situated in the Sierra Madre Ocidental by descendants of the present day farmers 150 years ago. Today’s farmers saw the wisdom of sustainability and kept their farming practices very much the same, using NO AGRI-CHEMICALS. One particular Arabica bush at this site consistantly yields 60 kilos of cherries each year alone.All cultivation, harvest and processing is done by family members under the guidance of Josefina Abrica Ayala.

Cuervitos Negro de Sierra Manantlan: Union de Cafetaleros Selectivo la Sierra de Manantlan. Grown and harvest by hand by the indigenous Nahuatl peoples of the region. Altitudes above 5,000 ft at some areas within the reserve.This is a blend from the forested plots around Chancol in the Ejido Ayotitlan, high in the remotest areas of the Sierra Manantlan.Biosphere Reserve of Jalisco. Certified organic shade grown by CUCEPRO of Mexico.
