
The nursury at Caf'e Chanquiahuitl Co-Op, origins of 'Oro de Ayala' Estate Coffee. Arabica Typica and Caturra (Aztec Gold ) are started and cultivated for one year before being transplanted into their permenant locations in the forested mountain slopes surrounding Chanquiahuitl. Co-op member Javier Martinez does a noble deed as head nursuryman here nuturing and preparing each plant to maximize quality and yield.
